My friends and family probably thought I was crazy when I said I was quitting my sales job to open a BBQ business. But despite how crazy it seemed, my wife & I made the decision to sell our house and got busy working towards the dream & vision I had for Smoak Town. It’s been a rollercoaster but it’s fun to look back at all the memories we’ve created through this business.

Over the last 2 years we have had so much support from friends and family stepping up to help in any way they could, and I truly wouldn’t have been able to do any of this without them. Thankfully over this last year we have been able to hire some workers, which has been a huge blessing! The hard work, dedication and pride they have in Smoak town means the world to me! I’m so grateful to have employees that are just as passionate about BBQ & customer service as I am!

Our customer support is the backbone of everything we do! Seriously, without y’all, we wouldn’t even be here. The Smoak Town family is more amazing than anything I could have ever dreamed of.
